Good health habits are built quietly, day after day, without a screen demanding your attention. That is the idea behind the all-new Fitbit Air, and starting today it is coming to India.
Fitbit Air is our smallest tracker yet. It has no display, no buttons and no notifications. It sits lightly on your wrist and collects health data in the background, then turns it into insights in the Google Health app.
Designed to disappear
Many wearables are too bulky, too complicated or too distracting for everyday use. Fitbit Air is built to avoid all three. It is meant for distraction-free, 24/7 wellness tracking, with no screen glare or message alerts. You can wear it through meetings, workouts and a full night’s sleep, and you will barely notice it.
The central tracker, called the “pebble,” swaps between the Performance Loop, Active and Elevated Modern bands, so you can change your look in seconds.
Health tracking that goes deeper
Fitbit Air tracks the metrics that matter, around the clock:
- Heart health: 24/7 heart rate monitoring, plus heart rhythm monitoring with A-fib (atrial fibrillation) alerts.
- Recovery and fitness signals: Blood oxygen level (SpO2), resting heart rate and heart rate variability.
- Sleep: Sleep stages and duration.
Together, these give you a fuller picture of how your body is doing, from how well you slept to how ready you are for your next workout.
Your personal Health Coach
Fitbit Air works closely with the Google Health app. Every Fitbit Air includes a three-month trial of Google Health Premium, which gives you access to the Google Health Coach from day one. The Coach turns your data into guidance you can act on.
Logging workouts is simple too. The system detects activity automatically, and you can also log a workout by taking a photo of gym equipment or a whiteboard routine.
Battery that keeps up with you
Fitbit Air lasts up to a week on a single charge. Fast charging gives you a full day of power in just five minutes. That means fewer charging breaks, and you can wear it overnight without worrying about running out.
It works with both Android and iOS phones.
Wear it your way
Fitbit Air also works well alongside other devices. If you use a Pixel Watch, you can wear it during the day and switch to Fitbit Air at night for a more comfortable fit.
Price and availability
Fitbit Air is priced at ₹13,999 in India and goes on sale from 2 October. You can buy it from the Google Store, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance Digital and Vijay Sales. It comes in four colours: Obsidian, Berry, Lavender and Fog.
To celebrate the launch, there are some offers:
- ₹1,000 cashback on eligible HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank cards
- No-cost EMI options, including a six-month plan that can be combined with the cashback
A new way to look after your health
Staying healthy shouldn’t mean staring at yet another screen. With Fitbit Air, you wear it, forget about it, and let it quietly help you understand your body better.
Fitbit Air will be available in India from 2 October 2026. Offers and availability may vary by retailer. Heart rhythm alerts and other health features are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
