Tom Sizemore passed away after struggling with poor health conditions for a long. He died after taking off life support. This has been confirmed by his manager Charles Lago on Friday. The actor was suffering from a brain aneurysm since Feb. 18.
“It is with great sadness and sorrow I have to announce that actor Thomas Edward Sizemore (‘Tom Sizemore’) aged 61 passed away peacefully in his sleep today at St Joseph’s Hospital Burbank,” Lago said in a statement. His twin boys Jayden and Jagger (17) and brother Paul were at his side.”

Sizemore collapsed On Feb. 18 in his Los Angeles home. Then he was transported to the hospital by paramedics. Doctors then determined he had suffered a brain aneurysm due to a stroke. Sizemore remained in critical condition since then. Later, he underwent a coma under intensive care.
