Adani Group’s Chairperson, industrialist, and Indian billionaire, Gautam Adani, has been added to the list of ‘SECOND RICHEST MAN’ in the World. Mr Adani had overtaken the position after defeating French tycoon Bernard Arnault and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos.

Gautama Adani is the owner of conglomerate Adani Group, the major port operator in India. The Ahmedabad, India-focused infrastructure group is also India’s largest intimately held thermal coal producer and largest trader of coal.

Adani is now just behind Tesla’s Elon Musk, who remains World’s richest man with a $273.5 billion net worth from a quite noticeable period.

According to the list shared by Forbes real tome billionaires, the net worth of Adani stands at $155.7 billion as of September 16, 2022, up by $5.5 billion or virtually 4%.

Arnault is now in the third position, with a net worth totalling $153.5 billion as it drooped by $4.9 billion or 3.08% today. However, Bezos stands in the fourth position with a wealth of $149.7 turned down by $2.3 billion.
